Computers, modern technologies and the Internet have swallowed children and their entire free time. At the same time, many children achieve success through those same computers, Internet and knowledge in that field. How to organize children's activities in the IT sphere so that they may gain profit, knowledge and skills from it, make it a tool for creating their future and not lose their health and time in vain?

Parentless and homeless children or such that appear in the streets because of social problems, often can only put their hopes in the society, philanthropists, and non-governmental organizations.
