The more artistic stylish direction of the rock music - art rock or sympho-rock, is one of the main subbranches of progressive rock, which is characterized by its connection with traditions of classical music. During the first part of the program dedicated to the art rock, the overview of the works written for rock ensembles and symphonic orchestra in the period of 1967-1976 is made.
