Vem Club was founded in 2010, its inaugural meeting being held on December 4, 2010. Vem Club brings together people who have a shared vision and are willing to support Vem Radio with their material contributions and ideas.
The unity of people around an endeavor is the basis of its continuity. This unity will help Vem Radio carry on its unique mission as one of Armenia’s significant and influential voices, achieving higher levels of quality.

VEM CLUB EVENTS
On February 8, 2013 in the house-museum of Hovhannes Tumanyan the 12th meeting of the club "Vem" was held. Cultural part of the day was presented by Narine Tukhikyan, the director of the museum. On the first floor, one by one were presented Green, Apricot, Blue, Pink halls of the museum. On the same floor is situated the first memorial room of the museum - "Vernatun." The others- office, living room, dining room, balcony, located on the second floor of the museum, in every detail reproduce the last Tbilisi apartment of Hovhannes Tumanyan. Working discussion of the day took place in the lobby of the library of the poet. There were presented the feedbacks to the program "Interpretation" and the works on the film devoted to Narekatsi.

On September 19, 2012, the 11th meeting of Vem Club took place in the house-museum of Martiros Saryan. The meeting started with the tour during which the museum was presented by the director of the museum and the grandchild of the master, Ruzan Saryan. The whole panorama of the great artist’s and outstanding Armenian’s life and activity from the birth up to the death, from the first student works up to the last canvas, were opened in front of the guests. The working part of the meeting took place in the hospitable studio of Martiros Saryan. The programs “Parents' meeting”, “Instants of poesy”, program-appendix “Interpretations” were discussed, and it was informed about the technical equipping of the radio station. The participants expressed desire to arrange the next meetings in similar cultural places.

The 10th anniversary of the Radio Vem was celebrated with the great triumph in the Chamber Music Hall after Komitas on the 15th of April 2012.
It also became the day of the next, 10th meeting of the Vem Club. The respectful part of more than 300 guests were political, spiritual and cultural figures. The presence of the radio station's active listeners was also very exciting. Congratulatory messages were sent to Radio Vem from RA President Serzh Sargsyan and His Holiness Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II. A documentary movie, shoot specially for that evening, was shown. The concert part was full with national and classical music performances. The ceremony was concluded with the festive hospitality spiced by congratulations.

The 9th meeting of VEM Clu
b took place in Aram Khachaturyan's house-museum on January 26, 2012. The meeting started with a tour.
Under the sounds of Khachatrian's music, the guests got acquainted with the rich pages of the great Armenian classicist's life and activity.
The working discussions took place in the Hall of Sound Recordings. The management of the radio reported on creative and technical works fulfilled in broadcasting of VEM Radio. The working version of a new educational program was introduced. The issue of changing the frequency of 101.6 and alternative of additional use of transmitter's capabilities were discussed. Fr. Mesrop suggested to celebrate the 10-th anniversary of Radio Vem with a festive concert evening, which will become the day of the next meeting.

On October 27, 2011 the Eighth Meeting of the Vem Club took place at the Kafesjian Center for the Arts. During the tour organized at the first part of the meeting, the exhibits of one of the progressive world art centers, Kafesjian Museum, which are mainly from the personal collection of Gerard Kafesjian, were presented to the guests. The tour was followed by the working discussion in the "Hall of special events". The management of the radio station introduced the upcoming changes in the organization of music broadcasting. The management also reported the results of cooperation with concert organizations. There was a discussion on the new frequency of organizing the club meetings. Participants discussed the date and the venue options for the next meeting.

On August 26, 2011, the 7th meeting of Vem Club took place at Vem Radio Station.
During the meeting the club members and the administration of Vem Radio discussed a number of questions related to the activities of Vem.
The members of the club presented some suggestions to the administration of the radio, after which they exchanged opinions.

On June 30, 2011, the sixth meeting of Vem Club took place in "Arvasar" restaurant in Yerevan.
During the meeting, the club members discussed some important questions regarding Vem Radio. The management of Vem Radio shared some new ideas, and the Club members expressed their opinions and made suggestions.
The next meeting of Vem Club members was decided to arrange in late August.

On May 27-29, 2011, celebrating Armenia's First Republic Day and the victory in the heroic Sardarapat battle, as well as on the occasion of 20th anniversary of Father Mesrop Aramian’s ordination, Vem Club members, along with their families, took part in a pilgrimage to Gandzasar Monastery then to Tatev Monastic complex.

On April 30, 2011, the fifth meeting of Vem Club took place in Ervand Kochar’s museum in Yerevan.
Before the meeting, head of the museum, Mrs. Lala Kochar, introduced the guests to the activity of the great artist, to the museum exhibits. Then the Vem Club members held a discussion about the issues related to Vem Radio at the central hall.
During the meeting, the management of Vem Radio presented the recordings of newly created radio programs. The Club members expressed their opinions and made suggestions.
Finalizing the date and venue of the Vem Club annual meeting, it was decided to organize it on May 28, in Gandzasar Monastery.

On February 25-27, 2011, the fourth meeting of Vem Club took place in Yenokavan (Tavoush Marz).
The meeting commenced with the screening of the documentary "From Ararat to Zion" for the residents of Yenokavan village. It was followed by open discussions.
Later the same evening, the Club members held their meeting, during which Fr. Mesrop Aramian informed the participants on the results of the cultural campaign "Let's Speak Armenian". After that, Fr. Mesrop referred to the issues related to the news block on the radio. The participants had an opportunity to be acquainted with the scope of work performed for the preparation of new programs.
It was also decided that a yearly meeting of Vem Club members would be organized. The meting was proposed to be held on May 28, in Gandzasar Monastery.

On January 29, 2011, the third meeting of Vem Club members took place, which started at St. Sarkis Church of Tsaghkounk.
Afterwards, the participants were hosted at the Aghajanian brothers' (Club Members) house where the members screened Jim Jarmusch’s film “Dead Man” and discussed some important issues.
During the meeting, Fr. Mesrop Aramian presented Vem Radio’s Nov. 2009–Dec. 2010 financial report, as well as Vem's www.vem.am website in general and Vem Club's web page, in particular.
At the end of the event, the participants discussed the date and venue of the next meeting.

On December 26, 2010, the second meeting of Vem Club members took place, which began at St. Gevorg Church of Mughni, where Father Mesrop Aramyan served a Divine Liturgy.
During the meeting, Father Mesrop updated the attendees that Vem Radio had installed state-of-the-art Harris broadcasting digital equipment, and today, Vem Radio's signal reaches to listeners with highest quality. Father Mesrop also informed about the possible setup of radio substations in Shushi and Yenokavan.
Father Mesrop highlighted the situation with Vem Radio’s upcoming shows, namely the news service. Then the first examples of DK’s "My First Board Book" Armenian-language series were presented to the event participants. The Club members were also informed that the construction of Ayb High School is underway according to the schedule: two buildings will be built at end of 2011.

On December 04, 2010, the inaugural meeting of Vem Club members took place in Yerevan. Father Mesrop Aramian welcomed all with an opening speech, then the attendees enjoyed classical music performed by “Kem” Chamber Ensemble. Father Mesrop briefly presented the history of Vem Radio – from “Gandzasar” Theological Center to Vem Radio, to TV and movie production: from environmental documentaries to the documentary “From Ararat to Zion,” which garnered many prestigious international accolades around the world.
The meeting participants also discussed some regulatory issues aimed at making the operation of Vem Club most effective.
