Speaking with God from the Depths of the Heart
St. Gregory of Narek’s The Book of Lamentations or Narek was created as a prayer book. Prayer is the breath of the soul. As the physical body cannot live without oxygen, the human soul cannot live without prayer. Narek opens for us the unimaginable beauty and depth of the eternal dialogue between human and God. For centuries, this sacred book has become a unique source of spiritual knowledge, self-analysis, and repentance for all those who strive to know God and live a spiritual live.
