General Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the website of Vem Radio ("the Website"). By accessing and using this Website, you give full, irrevocable, and unequivocal consent to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

The Website: The official website of the Vem Radio.
User/s, you, your etc.: the natural or legal person accessing or using the Website.
Vem Radio, we, us, etc. Vem Cultural Educational Foundation, that operates and owns all rights to the Website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Website, you agree to be bound by all terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein and all these Terms will govern your use of the Website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vem Radio. If you do not agree to these Terms and you do not indicate your agreement to the terms of the site by clicking the confirmation button, you can’t be registered on the Website.

(a) The Website and its contents are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Website or its content for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the Website or its associated services. (f) Vem Radio does not guarantee the conduct, performance, security, legality, appropriateness, or identity of any person.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
a. Ownership: All content, materials, and features available on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, audio, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property ("Content"), are the exclusive property of Vem Radio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in the Website and Content belong to the Vem Radio or its licensors.
b. Limited License: Vem Radio grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website and its Content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Users must not modify, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense any part of the Website or Content without Vem Radio's prior written consent. When reproducing excerpts from the Content posted on the Website, it is mandatory to refer to the Website. When making a link, it is mandatory to place the entry "Vem Radio" and an active link on the corresponding page of the Website. For the full use of any content of the Website, it is necessary to obtain the prior written consent of Vem Radio.

(a) Vem Radio employs security measures in accordance with the requirements of the current RA legislation to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
