Resurrection of Lazarus

The resurrection of Lazarus as a culmination of the conventional part “Book of Seven Signs” in John’s Gospel. The Gospel episodes where Jesus raises the dead; the strengthening of the belief in resurrection. Christ weeping over the humanity submerged into the despair of death. Martha’s testimony of faith: “Jesus said to her: ‘I am the resurrection and the life; the one who believes in Me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in Me will never die. Do you believe this?’ ‘Yes, Lord,’ she replied, ‘I believe that You are the Messiah, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.’” (John 11:25-27). The example of the first Christian family—Lazarus, Martha, and Mary.
